Our team includes a highly experienced and qualified naval architect, and Rubicon Associates founder, Goran Dubljevic, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects (FRINA).
Our leadership team have extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex vessel structures, managing the engineering design process through shipbuilding, maintenance, and operation of marine vessels and structures, ensuring optimal operability and safety in operation and adherence to naval standards/classification societies. The team have extensive international expertise with projects completed over some 4 continents and leverages this knowledge to deliver within an Australian context.
